The project course starts with the basic course’s 4 modules, so that everyone has the same starting point. A project can last from 6-40 weeks incl. the basic course.
The purpose of the project course is to integrate what you have learned in the basic course so that it becomes practically applicable in your everyday life. The time is divided equally between work in your project group and participation in the school’s activities.
In the project group, you design, implement and present one or more projects, either here at school or elsewhere. It can be a very personal project (career, health, house, garden), a community project or the design of a green company?
Everyone who has participated in project courses is invited to follow-up weekends, where the further development of the projects will be presented and evaluated.
Some activities are constantly evolving and include one or more intensive theme days. Others are recurring with a focus on community, practical skills, general education, and life enrichment.

The daily morning exercises will alternate between yoga, qi-gong, liberating movements, fitness, running and walking in nature. Some mornings there will be only one option and other days there will be several options to choose from.
Different types of sports and fitness will be offered.
Afternoon sessions once or twice a week will be created in consultation with the student group.
In your free time, it is also possible to book the gym for badminton, volleyball and the like.

A wide range of craft methods and arts will be taught for the purpose of give you an experience of working with different materials and expressions, from textiles and visual art to up-cycling of used furniture, etc. learn do-it-yourself methods in relation to interior design, renovation of rooms, furniture, and buildings.

Here you have the opportunity to participate in the cultivation of vegetables and herbs and along the way learn more about how you with a minimal effort get the maximum benefit out of a piece of land.

Compassionate communication was developed by Marshall Rosenberg. Each of these 9 sessions was enhanced by listening to approximately 1 hour of training video taught by the master himself. During the session, we will share what we have learned and talk about where in life this can be used and what difference it would have made in small everyday situations that we experience in our community.
